Participants will learn how an ad agency profits and loses money, how to protect the
agency’s financial interests with clients, and how to avoid financial risks commonly found in the day to day workings of an ad agency.
The half-day seminar is designed for agency account executives, project managers, account supervisors, creatives, production managers, and any non-finance manager who has financial responsibilities.
Participants will have the opportunity to work with actual estimates, billing roughs, final invoices and other agency money-related paperwork to aid in their understanding of the financials they encounter at the office. They will learn how to avoid ineffective patterns of behavior when negotiating with clients, and learn new strategies they can use for specific situations. The workshop will also cover:
